Smear tests     You will recieve a letter to invite you to book an appointment.

Sofia Tasleem our clinical pharmacist runs a clinic on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays at the surgery.


Sofia Tasleem can help with a variety of tasks that include repeat authorisation, medical reviews, annual COPD & asthma reviews, flu vaccinations, and dealing with queries regarding medication.



Clinics are held on a Thursday morning every other week and will be run by either Kate or Louise.

Baby clinic

Baby immunisation clinics are usually held on Monday afternoons.

New baby and mum health check

Baby check appointments are with the Doctor can be booked at Reception.


COVID 19 - The doctor will arrange a telephone consultation with mum and then book  a face to face appointment to see you and your baby for any examinations that need to be carried out. This will be carried out by a female GP.


Minor Surgery 

A clinic is held for minor surgical procedures, we hold a waiting list for this, please contact reception.



Moria Kennedy-Sara runs a physiotherapy clinic every other Wednesday at the surgery - these are booked through the Evesham Community Hospital Physiotherapy Department (01386 502 073)



Physiotherapy (SELF REFERRAL) - Evesham Community Hospital 


If you wish to be seen by a physiotherapist please go to the ’ Move to Improve website’. There is a self referral form to complete and your request will go straight to the hospital for review.


The Musculoskeletal self-referral form is only for MSK conditions, not Women’s Health, Neuro physio domiciliary etc. Please ask your GP for advice if you are unsure




First contact Physiotherapy  - Please contact reception if you have any queries

This service provides direct access to a specioalist musuloskeletol physiotherapist for initial assesment.

It is designed to be a face to face triage servuce rather than a traditional treatment service


First contact physiotherapists (FCP) will provide expert assesment, diagnosis and management of soft tissue, muscle and joint conditions.

Dispensary delivery service for housebound patients


The service is designed to help our housebound patients who are unable to collect their medications from the surgery.

Deliveries are normally made on Mondays or Tuesdays.


Please contact a member of the dispensary team who will be pleased to assist if you wish to discuss this service


We regret we are not able to leave drug items unattended or with anybody other than the patient or their nominated carer.  Please also be advised we do not make return visits


Travel Vaccinations


Please be advised that only NHS travel vaccinations (Tetnus, Diptheria, Polio, Hepatitus A, Thyroid) will be given at the surgery. If your travel intinary requires you to have other vaccinations and advice AND/OR you are travelling within the next 6 weeks then you may be advised to go to a travel clinic.


If you are travelling abroad:


Please complete a travel form available from reception (1 per person) or on this website (surgery newsletters and downloadable forms section)


Return the completed form to the surgery - this needs to be at least 6 weeks before your travel date, so that any vaccinations required can be given in time.


On returning the form to the surgery you will be asked to make a telephone appointment with a practice nurse. The nurse will ring you and discuss your vaccinations and if necessary advise if you need to use the services of a local travel clinic.

We can provide a print out of any previous vaccinations you may have had at your request - please contact reception


Home Visits


If you feel that you need a home visit, please call 01684 773444 before 10.30am.


If you require assistance, please make this clear to the receptionist.


Requests for home visits made after this time will normally be dealt with the following day, except in emergencies.


The receptionist will ask for details of your problem so that the doctor can assess the urgency of the visit, the doctor may telephone you first to help with their assesment




X-Ray Appointments


If the Doctor has requested for you to have an xray they will advise you if this will be in Gloucestershire or Worcestershire


Gloucestershire: Tewkesbury or Cheltenham Hospital

Telephone : 0300 422 4488 (option 1) between 8.30am and 5pm (Monday to Friday)

If you wish to attend Tewkesbury Hospital then please state this at the time of booking


Cheltenham Hospital  - Please can you to wait until the next working day before calling to book appointment. They do not send out reminders so please note down the appointment date and time.
