The Vale PCN

As from 1st November 2020, the CCG have changed their name.
The new name was agreed following a survey of staff, patients, service users and other stakeholders and reflects the expanded portfolio of services provided in Hereford and Worcestershire.
The Vale PCN covers Evesham and its local rural areas.
The PCN management team meets weekly to discuss PCN topics. There are also board members including a practice manager and designated GP from each practice.
