It is a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services including ordering repeat medication via your smartphone or tablet.
Patient Access (online services)
EMIS are currently improving the security of patient access. Users will now need to input a one time pass code that will be sent via SMS to your registered mobile number, alongside your login credentials. Please follow the link below to access instructions on how to add a number to your Patient Access account.
If you already have a mobile number linked to your account no action is needed.
Dispensary
Place your order:
via Patient access/an app, the NHS app, e-mail or a written request in the post box at the front gate of the surgery
E-mail HWICB.dispensary.bredon.hill.surgery@nhs.net
Please allow 3 working days/72 hours before collecting a repeat prescription.
Bank holidays – please add an additional working day to the above before arranging collection
We are currently experiencing issues in obtaining various lines of stock from our suppliers. We order everyday but we have no control over stock availability.
We will try and advise you when any owing medication(s) are ready to collect. You do not need to reorder as we keep a record.
If you have any queries please speak to a member of the dispensary team who can provide advice.
Appointments
Please can we ask you PHONE us to make an appointment if you need to speak to a clinician rather than sending an e-mail or text message. We can discuss your needs and book an appointment for you.
