Shingles Vaccine

Shingles Eligibility from 1^st September 2023

You will be eligible if :

• You are over 70 and not had a shingles vaccine before, eligible until your 80^th birthday.
• Your date of birth is between 1^st September 1953 & 31^st August 1954
• Your date of birth is between 1^st September 1958 & 31^st August 1959
• You are over 50 years and have a severely weakened immune system

We will be sending out invites to book an appointment by text OR if you don’t have a mobile WE WILL CONTACT YOU.
