If you require assistance, please make this clear to the receptionist. Requests for home visits made after this time will normally be dealt with the following day, except in emergencies.
The receptionist will ask for details of your problem so that the doctor can assess the urgency of the visit, the doctor may telephone you first to help with their assessment.
