Online services allow you to:
- book, check or cancel appointments with a GP, nurse or other healthcare professional
- order repeat prescriptions
- see parts of your health record, including information about medicines, vaccinations and test results
- see communications between your GP surgery and other services, such as hospitals
How to register for Online Services
If you have not used our online services before with Bredon Hill Surgery you will need to:
Come to the Surgery IN PERSON and provide photo ID so we can confirm your identity and the receptionist will then issue you with a username and password.
Using your computer; go to Patient Access (Patient access link is on the right hand side) and enter your registration details exactly as shown on the form.
After registering, you will log on with your username and password each time.
If you wish to access your medical records, once the above has been set up please read the information and complete the form for access to your medical records. This is available from reception or can be downloaded and printed from Our Practice, Documents and forms page
The completed form must be brought to reception with Photo ID
For reasons of confidentiality we cannot give registration details to anyone other than the patient and we do not offer internet appointments to patients under the age of 16 years.
